You won't get ABS codes out of a simple code reader, as that only reads engine/emissions codes. You'll need a code reader that specifically reads ABS codes.

Mines gone today....new abs ecu unit needed on my 07 plate. Asc light on and no abs. 900 quid bill...but warranty covering it. Had new egr valve last month too. Getting expensive!!
