Does any one know why Bluetooth for phone does not show the callers name only the number when receiving a call, when I make a call using Bluetooth it displays anonymous number, the name is in the vehicle phonebook and the user phonebook. 2014 Outlander. Thanks

 

My 2007 is the same, must just be how it works I'm afraid, I must admit I find it annoying especially with incoming calls as you don't know who's calling!
