Default Bubbles on ATF dipstick?

I changed my ATF fluid a while back [havoline dextron VI synthetic multi vehicle] and noticed today that the dipstick was reading high by about an inch.... removed atf drain bolt, let about 3/4 quart of fluid out, tightened drain bolt and level was good...
After driving I checked the fluid level and noticed lots of little bubbles on the dipstick. Obviously air was introduced while fluid was draining out..?.. Is this an issue of any concern?

You may have taken too much out and the tranny may be whipping it to a froth. Wait till it is cold and check again....dipstick has hot/cold marks.

JUST TO CHECK... You DO check the level with the car running?

Yeah...but with the possibility of the fluid frothing, I'd check before starting...just to have an idea.
