Is cargo area layout for my 2012 same as 2011?
Does anyone know if the cargo area of the 2012 is the same size and layout as the 2011?

I love WeatherTec, had them in my Acura TL for 7 years and now have all 3 in my new Outie. But for that small cargo area I'm thinking of saving a few bucks and going with Novaline.

Fitment is the key. As you know WeatherTec's fit is spot-on. I think I'm going to give Novline a shot. I have the subwoofer on the right side so unfortunately I'll probably need to trim it. I think that's true even with the WT's. Definitely will post pics once I get it.
I decided to pass on the Novline because it is just a rectangle too. It's such a small area that I decided to be really cheap about it. I ended up getting a trimmable rubber mat that I am pretty happy with.
One of the things I like about the mat is that it is very flexible but still quite durable. This way I could leave the slack going up the back of the seat. So, if I fold the seats down, the extended cargo area is partially covered. Clearly the downside of the mat is that it does not have molded sides. To deal with that I cut the mat a little bigger than it needed to be so it would crawl up the sides of the cargo area.
I included a bunch of pictures.
1. Mat outside of the vehicle,
2. Untrimmed mat draped in
3,4,5 left, center and right shots of the trimmed mat.
I used velcro to hold the extra flap against the back of the back seats.
BTW, there is no smell issue with the rubber. I let it sit in my basement for a day just to be safe but probably could've skipped that step.
The ebay seller is covershield. One strange thing, I paid 29.99 with free shipping. Now I see the price is like $109. Seems like a mistake to me. The gray and tan ones are still 29 bucks.
