Clock keeps resttting to 1:00

Sometimes my clock resets itself to 1:00. Can't figure out why. Seems to happen a lot when vehicle is parked for the night. Any way to stop this from happening?

is it a factory cd player or aftermarket? sounds like you might have a loose connection to the memory wire...
