it won't install over the top of the newer version. you have to take the hard drive out of the MMCS, unlock it, and copy the file manually. the link on the page before this will get you the HD unlock instructions.

Thnx allot guys finally unlock it version 40.32 to 30.94 pop in the disk and manualy start the load disk on the hidden menu thnx guys
