in den beginning of 2012 it gives new MMCS from mitsubishi, you can see it under the round buttom. The older system has E-03, the newer E-05, my one has E-05, can this the problem?

 

Disc load doesn't work ?
Press together buttons SET+ NAVI for 5s
Tap VERSION INDICATION on screen
Press MENU button for 5s
Select Disk load from menu there
Disc update must be inserted into MMCS of course
You have nice new version, E-05 is equipped or easy to upgrade with bluetooth audio by A2DP and USB input

 

Hi I could upgrade from 60.05 to 60.05 patched for EM all this while loading gas. Lol
However my son told me that he does not see very well the screen from the back. So it is useless for me.

 

Hi guys....I have attached screenshots of my MMCS version.

Will the latest NavHack work for me? I have the N-05 unit. I know I can try first to see but I don't have any CD-Rs at the moment so decided to ask first!

Also you can see my MAP version in 2 of the screenshots. One says 2010A and the other M160 201101C.

Btw I have the 2012 XLS built in January 2012.

Newer version of MMCS's can play mp3 from USB as well You can send by BT.
MMCS system doesn't load mp3 music from disc or USB drives into storage, music can be played but not storaged/copied (probably author rights cost some and Mitsubishi doesn't want to pay - it's strange, very strange for me but it is).
You can update system only by CD

 

Map is from first quart of 2010 by Navteq, then Mitsubishi release is from first quart of 2011

I just performed the update on my 2008 Lancer.

Loader BLD-NR-261EM 1.09
Application 00.31.06

I used navhack.org and NR261EM app version 40.11
(somehow i could not get the 31.06 version to work..)

Now it work great, no more frustration in slow moving traffic jams
