Think about the possibility of trying the UM or EM version instead, to have 'readable' messages even with the hour settings and navi for other zones.
The loading.kwi may need some adjustments to trick the loader that is is JM version.

Soo.. I'm guessing you want the one from deltainfo labelled :
Outlander Update CD, NR261-UM, Software version Version 00.30.94, DVD in motion allowed

Then,

1. Burn ISO file to CD. On CD would have two files: ALLDATA.KWI and LOADING.KWI

2. Try install patch on your MMCS
