If your version indication is the same as the version on rcostin's download page, I'd say it should work. But the risks are completely up to you to take. If the same thing happens to you that happened to Jaysmall, then you will have to pull the hard drive to fix it.

To minimize the risk of a problem, check the integrity of the ISO you download and verify it with the actual image you burn to a disc before inserting it in the MMCS. A corrupted download or an incomplete burn is most likely what happened to Jaysmall.

 

I tried to install this. I inserted the cd and it popped up the screen asking if i wanted to do the install. So i clicked yes. i was thne brought to another screen that said:

Version up key is checked. Insert the version up key into the [KEY] slot inside the monito panel. Selecting [NEXT] will write the authentication code in the version up key and the key will become available only with this system.

with these options:
"NEXT" "BACK"

if i hit next i get this message:

Version up key which came with the map disk cannot be detected. Check if the key is inserted correctly.


and i cannot install the patch. Any ideas?

Is there any word on the AUX fix? As in removing the block on the AUX video in while vehicle is moving?

 

Still doesn't work for me T.T I have version .94 Tried at least 30 times, burned over 30 cd's most with different programs. Dam I just have bad luck.

I see a update for NR261-UM v1.09 on the site but it does not specify the App version. Will this work on my unit?

Finally after countless attempts and countless downloads, finally got it to work. Friend finally burned it with nero for me. I've used over 15 programs but not nerom I've told him to burn it for me a month ago, but he kept putting it off. So a word of advice for anyone who can't get it to work, burn the iso with nero.

 

Any wordon version 00.30.97 patch yet?
