Welcome Back, Damn you had a long party, man ))
Hey!
Party is as party does .. :P

I'll have a shuftie through the threads this weekend ..
Have code nearly finished for a fairly decent editor for all facets of the system : loading screen, images, and patches..

Hope that satisfies ..

How much did you pay for this? Have you installed yours? You mention about a push button that takes you back and forth from the GPS screed to the Video screen, how fast is the GPS picking back up on the signal? Thank you.

Hey Otaku

Hope you had a fun time because I've got a few questions for you and in case you missed it a few pages back I posted the two files you appear to need to get the DVD in motion working. I also tried to change the start logo but that didn't take. If you have any insight on that it would be appreciated.

I just unlocked my HDD, changed the startup image and its still the default Mitsubishi logo... what added steps are there that I am missing. I just went out and tried a 'memory initialization' but that didn't change the startup logo either.

I also however got the two Files necessary to get the DVD in motion hack started, this is beyond me so if anyone has time to take a look at the new App version: 00.30.99 I would appreciate it and i'm sure that others will be coming along with the new version.

Here is the 'ALLDATA.KWI and the 'LOADING.KWI' for App: 00.30.99 :::

::: If anyone can take a look at these files and figure out and post the 'hacked' version that would be awesome.

Anyone figured out what the s-video port on the back of the mmcs is for yet? Can we turn it on via these menus?

jsrd
This conector is for Sirius receptor, no S-Video . . .
Sorry, my mistake. Just I installed the OEM Sirius satellite and exists a prewiring connector dedicated for the Sirius receiver, and it is not necessary to remove the MMCS, reason why is not correct what I said in post previous. So, I don´t know the function of that connector type S-video on the back MMCS.

The rear dvd has an s-video input on it I almost wonder if you can use s-video for the rear display hook up.

Is true, but in the manual of installation RES's kit they do not mention the use of this connector. The way to know is testing it, but better is to count on information for it determined so that it is used this I connector.

The "s-video" port on the MMC and the Rear display is not a s-video port its the connector for the mits & kenwood ipod adaptor kit sold in Japan and Canada by mits shown below. Any chance anyone in japan or canada can provide a part number on this?

Mits iPod Connector for MMXC **THIS USES THE "s-video input on back of MMC**
