Well, I'm only a assistant in a development of ETACS decoder.

I'll let you know when and how much

Hi everyone!
I am trying to program my 2010 lancer using diagbox 6.19. I select C-Crosser and diagbox is able to read my VIN and most of the ECUs. However, I do not find the ETACS menu anywhere. It seems like others are successful with similar cars and the same software version so I wonder if anyone else has run into this issue and could point out what I could be doing wrong.

Has anyone here made a little "cheat sheet" that they could post up? There is a wealth of information in this thread but it's getting quite long and hard to find some things.

Also, I believe Vadimus said he was working on a program for this? Is it still in development or could someone possibly point me in the direction of finding it?

Thanks,
-James

Found a pic of dashboard with both headlight autoleveling and stock CANbus parking sensors installed.

Default Daytime Running Light Question

My wife's 2010 Outlander has DRLs. From what I see it is the low beam at a reduced voltage.

My 2012 does not have DRLs. I hooked up my Lexia device and in DiagBox found the appropriate settings for the daytime lights and tried each setting. My lights do not activate in the DRL mode. Am I missing a voltage regulator board or is the wiring different between years? Thanks.

Just in case - did you put transmission in D, parking brake disengaged?

Anyway, DRL relay could be missing. Not a big deal, they are pretty standard.
Note that reduced output DRLs require special PWM relay, identifiable by a metal radiator on its top, while independent DRLs use ordinary one.

Compare two relay boxes - if you '12 has an empty socket where '10 has that fancy relay - that's it.

Yes Vadimus, I engaged into Drive with Parking brake disengaged. My wife's 2010 has a relay in position marked "O" that takes up the entire slot with a large heat sink on the top. My 2012 , in the corresponding position has a small black relay which basically is 1/3 the size and is centered in the relay slot. I will swap the relays and see what results in the near future.

All of us on the Forum really appreciate your input. Thanks !!!

Hi - I got all the above parts and plug it in the sockets available in the car, but seems like it's not working. Anyone can help to share where I can enable this in the ETACS and how do i verify whether it's working or not? Thanks
