ETACS options customization
I have a china clone with updated serial to C by nlc of the french forum. Works well with Diagbox 7.22 and firmware 4.3.0.
The ETACS-Decoder give me the info: Your Lexia-3 is not supported, wait for new version. I downgraded the firmware to 4.2.8 without success.
Tested on Win XP with a Outlander 2011 (Block -643).
If you need i can create and send some log-files (tell me what you need).
thx

If someone could kindly post or PM me the link to download the latest version of the ETACS-Decoder, I would greatly appreciate it.
My account appears to have vanished from the other message board where I was getting my download links from, and they don't appear to be accepting registrations now.
I had previously successfully used an older version of Dexia (v6.3x) with my Lexia-3 to disable the TPMS, and I wanted to see if ETACS-Decoder would play nicely with my Lexia-3 as well.
Thanks.

So far so good. Just starting to play with the s/w but haven't changed anything yet. It connects to vehicle ok.
I apologize if this question has already been asked and answered.
Can a single user/ buyer of the Lexia install the accompanying software on more than one computer?
(The reason I ask is that the old XP desktop that I'd prefer to use may very well be on its last legs. When it fails I'd like to install the software in a VirtualBox XP Pro window on our new Win8 64 desktop. If that is impossible, I will do the first install on the VirtualBox XP and drag that much larger computer and monitor to the car.)

Thanks Vadimus!
I did not receive one iota of installation instructions with the two disks. And, as far as I can tell, there are not instructions ON the disks, either, so I've resorted to looking for installation istructions in various places on the net. Some of the installation videos seem to indicate that an internet connection is necessary to activate the sofware and that's why I asked the question.
Thanks again.

The main work is being done on a russian forum by earl_vadim:
http://out-club.ru/board/showthread.php?t=52511
the forum is in russian, so I suggest using Google Chrome's translate functionality. The author's gmail address is in that thread (Don't PM him). You will need to register to be able to download links on that site (including for the latest version of ETCS_decoder).
To produce logs, you will need a copy of diagbox, and a copy of USBlyzer.
If you need diagbox, there are links in either
Update PSA DiagBox WITHOUT Internet! V7.24 Allready PATCHED
or
http://www.lesamisdudiag.com/diagbox...y-patched.html
Again, you will need to register for either forum to see the links.
USBLyzer is available from:
USBlyzer - USB Protocol Analyzer and USB Traffic Sniffer for Windows
The author needed two logs: one from the start of diagbox to it displaying the VIN, and a second from the VIN to it beginning the global test (where it detects all the ECUs).
