would anyone have a guide on how to remove the front bumper?

I'll be installing the fog light kit and I need to remove the front bumper to do it.


also.. to those who have HID and would like to do the 'DRL on w/ HID on' mod... I have an extra light switch (and relay) ..I already installed the mod before(got the switch and relay only)... and the fog light kit that i got now also has a switch (and relay) that I won't need (I'll sell the one that came with the kit so it would be new/unused)..... If anyone is interested please let me know... I'll prefer local pick up......
