Default How do I remove the cover for the Auto Shift ?

I have a 03 Outy with a 4 spd Auto.

The lights on the dash indicator don't work anymore when I go into Drive. They still work for P,R and N.
I can't up or down shift either.
I heard that next to the shifter, under the cover, a ground wire may have come loose.

How do I remove that panel to access the wiring?

Any help appreciated.
Thanks.

Very carefully...

Here are some pics from an 07. Hopefully they will be some help to you. I am sure it is different, but that basics are probably similar.
