okay, i am trying to remove the front part of the dash on my wifes 2003 outlander. her plug in has stopped working and part of it has sunk behind the dash. how do i remove the plastic pieces to get to the plug in and to the radio? thanks in advance

actually if yall have the 2003 outlander manual and could point me in the right direction to it, i would appreciate it.
