Default Good price for 2010 outlander xls 4wd?

i got 2010 outlander xls v6 awc basic model for $22200 before taxes, which is $4955 less than MSRP, the out door price is $24919

I paid that much for a used 2008 LS with RF system a few months ago. Could still sell it around there though...you guys get cars way cheaper than we do here.

no, the $1500 is just rebate, I do not know why it is under Downpayment.
