Default HELP Ignition Cable for stereo is dead

I am installing an aftermarket receiver for my girlfriend in her 2015 Outlander Sport. I have found that the ACC or Ignition wire is not showing any volts when the ignition is on. I have checked all the fuses that could relate to the stereo and the accessory fuses as well. I am lost as far was where to go now. I have checked everything else in the vehicle to see if other electronics were not working and found the USB port in the center console is not working either but I found online that that USB port might not work due to not having the OEM stereo in it.

Anything at all would be super helpful and thanks in advance

Edit: It has the basic OEM stereo not the Rockford Fosgate one

Default

check all of your fuses in both boxes, not just the ones for the stereo
