Default How to remove the JDM fender mirror off of 2007 Outlander?

Hi all, I'm wanting to remove the JDM fender mirror off of the 2007 outlander I just bought. I believe that should be pretty straight forward, but presumably will leave a couple of screw holes in the bodywork. What are my best options for filling/covering these? Thanks

Edit.. got the mirror off by popping open the side of the mirror casing at the bottom and unscrewing it.

Any tips on how best to fill in the 3 screw holes would be appreciated.

Haha hey from chch.

Nah still haven't, still looking rough as with some duct tape on the inside of engine bay keeping too much water etc from getting in, and at the very least not looking like its got 3 bullet holes in the bodywork anymore lol.

I know one way would be to use like an adhesive metal patch on the inside and then body filler, sand back the filler and surrounding body paint to blend it and then try and fix paint, but I can't bring myself to start sanding back otherwise good body paint etc. Might just end up using metal adhesive patch on inside, little bit of filler to fill the screw holes and touch up paint pen so it's at least halfway decent from distance, but ugh it'd still be super obvious close up.

I am curious what other methods are around, as i really dont want to put that fugly mirror back on.
