I'd had a TPS go out on a Grand Prix, it went into a limp home mode. the engine would barely rise in rpm at all, regardless of how much gas I tried to give it. i'd start with the IAC (something you can clean yourself) or the tps (very cheap part and also generally easy to replace).

If you find the IAC, can you please let me know where it's located.

It sounds like the compressor clutch is dragging or the relay to increase engine rpm os bad.

Anyway, look for a problem in the AC circuitry-electric
