Does anyone know what to do to remedy this issue? Would changing the air filter be the most logical fix?

Those codes are indicating that your car is running lean. You can try the cheap and easy stuff first like seeing if any vacuum hoses have come loose or are ripped. Also, is your air filter the dry type or oiled like K&N? If oiled type you can try cleaning your MAF sensor w/ MAF cleaner. Super easy to remove just a couple of torx screws and unplug the harness. Also, I would check for leaks along the intake rubber tube or hoses.
