Default Lubricate door hinges

Does anyone lubricate their door hinges? They seem to make a little creak.
If I remember, the manual actually specify a lube for door hinges! 10W30 or something..

The actual hinges are the body colored ones on top and bottom of the door, not sure what that little swing piece in the middle is for.

We always used spray-able white lithium grease. I've yet to grease the outlander. you want something that will work itself in, not smell like oil, and not rundown the door.

The swing piece is called the door catch assembly and stops the door from swinging wildly open and denting things in high winds, etc.

Shouldn't really need lube on it, but could be making noise.
My wife broke her's on a Vibe drives side door - it's a known issue for that vehicle.
