what is the memory card slot used for in the mmcs, when the display is opened? i thought it was to load the music to the hd?

 

Where is this slot located? I don't see anything. I see something that looks LIKE a compact flash card slot, but it doesn't open and part is on the harddrive and part is on the surrounding plastic.

We put music on the harddrive using CD's and it rips the CD to the harddrive for future use.

 

I think that slot is for the scanner tool.
