Default MMCS amp/speakers setup question

I just wonder, does anyone knows the audio system setup? i mean what i know is that the head unit is hook on an amp and there is a sub. Is it a 6 channels amp wich 2 channels are bridge for the sub output and is there a crossover for the sub built in the amp or is the sub hook in the MMCS and it is self powerded? the front speakers are ''component'' or if the tweeters are only hook on the speaker output? I only want to know for my personal knowledge if someday, i want to replace the speakers or the amp.

I replaced my front speakers and subwoofer with an aftermarket one, in a 2007 XLS, with a Rockford Fosgate without Navigation. I kept the factory deck and installed a LC6i from AudioControl (high/low level converter) after the factory amplifier. Doing it this way allowed me to install an aftermarket 3 channel amplifier to power the front component speakers and subwoofer. The factory amplifier(I believe) has a built in cross over for the front speaker and tweeter. My setup in the Outlander is easy but requires time to do it. I kept my rear speakers running from the factory deck/amp. The sound quality is great and clear.
