Ok question about the mud guards to you apply them behind the fender plastic wall or infront of the fender plastic wall?

They were installed by the dealer from a company called SureStep (I'm from the Philippines). However, please note that this actually hangs from the underside...there is no "wall" from the rocker panel to the running board but in the last rainshower, at least there was very little mud hitting the lower body.
