OK so I bought it 2 days ago, gave up my trusted old friend 01 Montero Sport. Now I'm looking to do some things and was wondering if anyone has any insight on mod's, looking to do an HID upgrade any good products out there? Roof Racks, Thinking about replacing the radio for one with Nav.,
2016 is fairly new so I was wondering what the aftermarket for us is like?

 

Welcome to Outlanders. Doesn't the 2016 already have HID's? Maybe I'm confused here? I have a 2016 and it has LED's for headlamps. Mods are not as available as mainstream cars for sure, but they are available. I've seen plenty on here. As far as the radio, I'm waiting to see what the factory Mits carplay will be like once released. I've pulled out the radio and changing it out looks like it will be painless. Lots of room back there and simply designed like most of the car. Have fun with the mods.

 

My SEL has Projector Headlights but they are not HID, I'm wondering what kit for HID conversion others have used, I do not want to melt my housings.

 

Congrats on your purchase. The first "mod" I did was to wrap and coat the car to preserve the paint. What about those pioneer ones with nav and carplay or Android auto?
