Welcome to the forums!

The Outlander guys here are very active and helpful. I've heard a couple little quirky things about that year Outlander, but nothing to be alarmed at. For the most part they appear to be really solid runners.

I don't think there is much for the Outlander. In Canada they changed the starter relay for cold weather starting, and we have had issues with springs breaking. The biggest issues on the '07's was the paint chip issue. They changed the rocker pannel design in '09 for that reason. I would strongly suggest you get the mud guards (if it doesn't already have them) and a set of running boards for good measure.

Other wise you have an excellant vehicle. I have a '09 XLS and love it.
