Default Newbie with ext. light ?

Ok im a new member hear even though this is my second outlander. I had an 07 ls and was getting it serviced one day and saw a Graphite pearl 09 XLS fully loaded and just had to have it. So now im wanting to spice a few things up but want to start by adding some hyper white led's for the license plate lights like those seen on higher end cars (Infiniti, lexus, etc).

Has anyone changed these out, if so any tips on how to do so ?

BTW great site I had no idea Outlander's were this popular !

Hi and welcome to the forum. About LEDs, I have this 'combination' in my Outie:

1. PIAA TERA Eolution 6000 T10 type, for license plate
2. PIAA TERA Evoltion 6000 T20 type, for backup ligths

It's amazing ! Like as LEXUS cars. It's easy removed it the OEM lamps, look in the owner's manual for instructions

Ok done and it looks SO MUCH BETTER !

Took all of 15mins tops to change them out. I used 2* 5 star LED's from autolumination.com

It now matches the HID's blue tint. Pics to follow...

japanparts eliminated the link. You can try to request a new quotation to them, or to see if PIAA USA already has its.

Saludos. . .
