Default No power locks or a/c fan or power outlets after battery jump

We buying a 2008 Outlander and after driving it a week the battery is bad after trying to jump it off a 2nd time after sitting overnight. Something happened with the fuses horn blew and I disconnected the two cars, now we have no power locks, a/c or heat fan doesn't come on, and power outlets are not working. I did go through all fuse I could. I did fine the radio fuse blew everything worked before this happened. I am wondering about the a/c resistor (?) Any answers I are greatly appreciated!

There are two sets of fuse panels, one near the driver side hood latch and another inside the engine compartment. I don't recall which fuses are where, but there are the beefier fuses in the engine compartment. I've attached the fuse guide. Looks like A/C motor is in the engine compartment, but the door locks are in the passenger compartment. If you've already checked that, then I got nothing for you. This is MY2016 btw, so not sure if it's much different than 2008. Good luck.
