Default Noisy ventilation fan

Hi, Does anyone have experience of what sounds like the ventilation fan catching on something in the plenum box on the Outlander GX4h? It reminds me of the sound that you made by sticking a piece of card against the spokes on your bike as a child.

sounds like something caught in the blower fan...or the bearings are going out in it. It is pretty easy to work on. If I remember right, you remove the knee plate, then you can remove the fan and inspect.

I've re-lubed the "bearing" once...huge pain in the butt and only bought me a year. Do not cheap out and get an off brand fan...get an OEM replacement if needed. Off brand that I got "Four Seasons" whistled due to the motor used. Bought an OEM blower and has worked well since. In the US, there was even a recall from 2009-2011 or something like that....
