I just got a 2012 Sport with the Premium Radio option which includes the Sirius tuner.
I went to the Sirius website to upgrade my account to Sirius Premium plan because I wanted the Opie and Anthony channel on 205. The system sent the signal but my car radio still goes directly from channel 184 to channel 0. I have called Sirius twice they have resent the signal multiple times and they even sent out a subscription cancel command, but nothing has changed.
I'm wondering if anyone here has been able to upgrade their account?
Has anybody seen this behavior before?

This is the built in tuner, correct? Try unplugging the fuse for it for a few minutes.

 

I unplugged #7 fuse in the drivers side compartment of my 08 outlander for a few minutes, plugged it back in, started the outie and presto, updating appeared.
