Unhappy OEM fog lights installed on LS model...

Hello, I have an Outlander 08 LS and I would like to know if it's possible to program the DRL's(ECU), which is 9 Volts at the low beams and send or reprogram it to the fog lights?? I bought after market HID's but I don't wanna put just a capacitor to avoid the blinking problem and get the HID'S on all the time. If I could send that 9V. to the fog lights, I think I should solve that problem that way?? What you think about it?? Thank you in advance for reply guys!!!

Anybody have ideas??? I have seen some videos about few Outlander with the fog lights and only the fog lights were turned on...So, anybody knows if it's possible to programmed the ECU to get the fog lights as DRL ????? Please, any ideas!!!

Okay, no one knows if there is a set up to program the ECU to get the DRL'S on the fog lights?????? Please little help needed...

It involves changing a relay and some re-wiring a believe.

The OEM HIDs use the fog lights as DRLs I believe. You can probably do the reverse of what people want to do in this thread:
