Default Outlander brakes making grinding noise

Hey guys,
I have a 2010 outlander and a few years ago it started making a grinding noise as if the brake pads were worn. Its progressively gotten worse with time. ALL 4 pads and rotors just got replaced and the noise is still there. I have brought it back to Mitsubishi and to a few indy shops and of course it doesn't make the noise for them nor have they found anything when they remove the wheels and inspect the brakes. The sound is exactly like brake pads worn down to the metal backing and you can feel it in the pedal. Sometimes it happens with the first braking application of the day or during random driving speeds and sometimes it doesn't do it at all. Temperature doesn't seem to have an effect and it happens under light or heavy braking. Mitsu said that its not the ABS being triggered because they'd be able to read that information in the onboard computer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance

Which brand of rotors and pads did you use? Might have defective set up.
