Default Pulley making a noise

Does anyone have a problem with their stock pulleys making a whistling noise. I'm not sure what pulley it is, but it sounds like one of them is loose. I have adjusted them by tightening and untightening the belt tensioners and it doesn't seem to help. I also sprayed the belts with some lubricant but nothing works. It usually makes this noise when I first start my car. It sometimes goes off when I turn the fan off and sometimes or straighten my wheel, which makes me think its my power steering or A/C pulley. I was thinking of replacing my pulleys with a Unorthodox Racing kit, but am not sure what to do at this point. Any suggestions.

Just replace em. They're prolly are the original belts, so it's about time they were due for a change. They're between 5-8 years old now, and if you've ever seen a tire that's 5-8 years old, then you know what dry-rotting is!! But yeah, the power steering belt always chimes a bit when you lock too much, it's always been a pet-peeve of the eclipses(not galant's though[:-]).

The belts themselves appear to be ok, and I believe they have been changed, although I'm not sure because I bought the car used. Do you know the average life of these belts. I have about 94,000 miles on my engine.
