Default OUTLANDER EL-GLO

So....I emailed the guys at Speedhut THIS HERE CLICKY! about getting some gauges made for the Outlander. Here's what they said:
"Hi,
We don't currently carry EL-GLO Dials or Bezels for your dash. Some Dash
clusters have the exact same layout. Please check out our site at
www.Speedhut.com to see our selection. If you are interested in becoming a
Group Leader for the EL-GLO Dials please check out our Model Development
Program. You can find this under the "What's Up" section on the left of our
HOME page.
We usually produce Bezels that have a large demand. Please check back
occasionally as we like to promote new products.
*Check out Speedhut's Performance 4" Custom Tach at www.Speedhut.com!
Customize your Dial, Bezel and Pointer to match your interior!
Speedhut has just released our Custom 2 1/16" Gauge line! Not only is this
line Customizable but it is highly accurate and designed by Speedhut
Engineers in-house in the US.
Speedhut has many more new custom products that are being designed right
now! Check back to see new product updates at www.Speedhut.com!
*Sign up for our Speedhut Newsletter at www.Speedhut.com to receive product
updates and special deals only available through our newsletter!
Thanks so much for your interest!
Speedhut.com team."

So.....I emailed back to see which cluster had the "same layout" and I'm waiting to hear back. Just thought I'd pass the info along to see if anybody was interested in a group buy.
WOO!

The interest is there, however, these appear to not be activated by the customary turning on of your headlights....is that the case? I don't want to have to turn on my gauge cluster, for approx. $120 it better work with the factory wiring.

Fine....hahahaha. I'll be the little piggy! Here's another email I got:
"Hi Jason,
We have not heard of any similar between the outlander and our other gauges.
Sometimes customers will have an idea of a similarity. For instance the
Mitsubishi Eclipse has the exact same dash as the Eagle Talon and the
Chrysler Sebring.
Please check to see if we have anything that will work for your dash.
Or go to FAQ on our site to check into becoming a group leader for our Model
Development Program.
Thanks,
Speedhut.com"

Seems like the story changes..............blaaaaaaaaaa. Dirt!! The gauges will work just like yr stock gauges.....or else we won't get them...promise! WOO!

so to make a long story short, it sounds like they are saying we don't know what your dash looks like, but if you do the work and find another one similar for us, we'll be able to label them as Outlander gauges also, and we won't give you a discount or anything, but thanks for doing the work for us. LOL, J/K
