I finally gave up. I found no way to get the radio to work with the Rockford Fosgate Amplifier. Apparently Mitsubishi has played on the canbus - no box, no adaptor I tested did work.
Metra's Mito-02 does not work either and they are aware of the problem and working on it, but have no time scheduled for a release.

Does any aftermarket radio work with the RF Amplifier in an Outlander 2013-2014?

Any help or even hints would highly be appreciated.

Not yet. Rockford control has been changed for 2013+ Outlanders/Pajero/etc.

 

I dont know anything about the RF amp as i don't have that feature, but, on my Chinese stereo (which i've now converted from WinCE to Android) there is a factory menu which has option to enable the AMP.
