My 2010 Outlander went on limp mode out of the blue while accelerating. I had to turn it on/off a few times in order to reach the house. Mechanic checks, scanner shows faulty TCM. I order a new one (dimensions much bigger and different serial numbers but on the specs it fits). When the new TCM was installed, car won't even accelerate at all, Check Engine light won't turn off, and I get a Check Transmission message on dashboard. Can it be the wrong part used, or another problem?
