I have a 2010 Outlander V6 automatic. The "whizzing" noise (not really a whine or a whistle) starts at approx 60km per hour, then stays more or less constant at higher speeds. doesnt make a difference whether in gear, in neutral, braking or steering. When I decelerate the noise stops again at about 50kmph.
Dealer hasn't been able to figure this out.
Has anybody else had this issue? any suggestions?

No, still haven't figured it out. Dealer didnt know either.

 

are you using the AUX jack on the stereo? I get a similar noise through the speakers for not using a ground feedback loop
