Default Planning to buy winter tire rims GT 2015

Im planning to buy a cheap brand new rims for winter tires I saw on ads. Price is close to steel rims though. What do you guys think? Focal F03 is the brand of the rims and it has bad reviews.

Just my .02 cents..but I have always used plain steel rims on all my vehicles. It's winter time so Im not concerned with style, and If you happen to rub up against a curb or snowbank and bend a rim..it's no big deal. I actually like the look of the black steel rims as well. You could always get some plastic wheel covers if you want as well.

Still rims are much heavier which is bad for both ride comfort and suspension wear and tear.

Why go steel when you can get a decent alloy wheels like these one I got on Kijiji for $200?

...steel rims might be a bit heavier..but the difference is negligible. As far as ride comfort and suspension wear and tear...provided the wheels are the correct size and properly balanced it would make no difference whatsoever...In fact, having a little more weight on each wheel in the winter is a good thing..I like the feeling of being planted with my winter tire setup..but I suppose it comes down to personal preference...I wouldn't pay extra for wheels that are just being used in the snow and salt for 4 months...just sayin'
