Rattle sound from front suspension

After I got my first 24K service done on my Mitsubishi Outlander LS 2008, in which they open the brakes and service there is a rattle sound from front tires / suspension whenever the tires go into a ditch.
The sound does not come when I hit a bump.
Took the car back to the authorized service center, at first they could not identify the problem and when I drove with the service guy and he heard it they said it was just some small stones stuck within the suspension side and now it is resolved. After a few days now again the same sound has started. It is quite a loud sound if you are driving about 50 km or more and feels like screws in a glass jar are rattling when you hit the ditches.
Has anyone experianced this problem or knows what the problem is.
Thank you,

Is it something you notice in the steering wheel or not ? That would be my first suggestion to track it down. If not then I would start looking into the "static" items like shock/strut mounts etc. instead of anything that moves with the steering.

No nothing in the steering wheel. As it started just after I got the service done I think that there is someting wrong while fixing back the brakes and related parts.
But the service centre days all is fine then why is there a sound. May be will take to a different authorized service centre.
Thx

Could be they didn't get a caliper or something tightened back up quite properly etc .. Any problem can have so many solutions. Sometimes I get a bit pis?ed at the members who think their suggestion is THE ANSWER as well as feeling the need to post a "put down" on everyone else's suggestions. I don't doubt you notice something isn't the same as before.

Sorry if u felt bad but that was not my intention, will takecare in future. Yes u are right might be the caliper, told them to check all parts that they serviced.
Hope this sound goes away, as other than this I am totally satisfied with the truck.
Thanks
