I replaced rear left rotor and pads and new slide pins on my 2009 outlander 3L took for a drive heard a noise and found the rotor broke hub separated from disc, replaced rotor and same thing happened. Calliper seemed ok, need help

 

Hummm not sure to understand, please re-phrase and or add picture if possible
