Rear Seat Display Not Working With MCC

My rear seat dvd player is not seeing the content from the from DVD player when the unit is set to Front as the source anyone have any hints to how to kick this in gear!

Turns out the cable for the MMC was never put in when the unit was installed. So problem solved!
