A/C Relay switch

Can't find other new threads. A/C ran when parked in July, wouldn't come on in Sept.,(Dash light flickered) Tried recharge and it's showing in red zone,(Needs recharge) but compressor won't kick in..I need to know where the high side relay switch is I want to jumper it to start the compressor and recharge. Alternatively I could jumper the relay in fuse box,but which terminals do i jumper? I could recharge in the past with other vehicles, but now they have a failsafe system in place which cuts off the compressor.
