Default shift lock
I have a 2007 Outlander- the shift lock activates at random, even with my foot on the brake. Does anyone else have this problem?

You mean that when your foot is on the brake the shift lock does not always disengage? or does it disengagerandomlyeven when your foot is not on the brake?
