Steering Wheel Volume Control Problem

Steering Wheel Volume Control Problem
There is another threads on this topic, but I made another thread anyways. =P
So the problem is that sometimes (not often), when I press volume up on the steering wheel control, the volume actually goes down. When press volume down, it goes to the blue tooth system, and then the annoying lady voice comes on. This doesn't happen often, maybe 1-2 times a day, for like 10 sec. When ever that happens, I just ignore it, then after 10 sec, I press it again, and is back to normal operation.
Booked an appointment with dealer, but told me in the next few days, notice what the car is doing when that problem happens. (ie. when apply brakes, when acceleration, etc). The is also a high chance of the tech. brings it the car, and problem doesn't appear.
The other threads, there are member that said to have the same problem, and their dealer replace their clock spring, and problem never came back.
So question is, does anyone know is this problem a tech. bulletin or not? (Dealer cannot locate any bulletin)
Anyone have information I can show to the dealer about this?
Anyone know what you have to do to cause the problem to show?
(If anyone want to read the other thread, https://mitsubishiforum.com/forum/sh...ad.php?t=32282)

I have this exact problem in mine, and it seems I have the same model as you (same color, even). It's totally random, and I can't pinpoint any circumstances under which the problem appears. I haven't had it checked, but let us know if you find the solution.
