Default Sudden plummet in MPG last two tanks

Hey all...

Have a 2009 4wd outie with 125000KM on it.

I keep track on my fillups and mpg, etc....and the last two tanks with 250km highway driving (335km at fillup time), I am barely getting 17mpg. This tank is looking similar. Before the last few fillups, I had a good mix of highway and city (about 250km highway) and was getting about 20mpg (maybe 19)..but then this drop to 17 out of nowhere.

Any ideas? I do not see or smell gas anywhere. I've owned the vehicle for 4 years now and it's never been this low - especially all of a sudden.

Nothing else out of the ordinary as far as I can tell.

Thanks,
Dave
