tailgate lights not working

tailgate lights not working
Recently blew a backup light fuse, replaced it. Now tailgate lights do not work. I checked all fuses, rear wiper works, and lights OUTSIDE of the tailgate work but those on the tailgate do not. Any ideas, I'm stumped?

First, figure out WHY the back-up light fuse blew. Fuses don't just blow for no reason. Diagnose the initial problem, and the secondary issue will be easier to diagnose.
Check for continuity, you may have a short.
