This is NOT an issue. I have already said, this is MIVEC and is perfectly normal.

There is nothing ****ing wrong with it.

This is NOT an issue, as I drove for 3 month until I got another oil change and the noise went a way. But, it was an issue because the car sounded like an old clunker with muffler full of holes at higher rpms

I'll check records to see what oil Nissan dealer put
