Hi All,
Recently i ordered a towbar from towbars australia.
The included bolts to attach the towbar are 15mm ... but buggered if i can get them in more than 1-2mm. Its like it the wrong thread? size?

Does anyone know what the technical specs are for the towbar mounting points for an outlander 03/2008?

 

I put one on mine last year. Basically, the threads are full of garbage by now. You'll need to chase them with a tap set. I forget the one tap I used. But once the threads are chased/cleaned, phenomenally easier.
