Default Turbo pipe blowing off

AAAARGHHH. THIS IS THE THIRD TIME WITHIN 100 miles the pipe from the turbo has blown off from the turbo? Last time the guy cleaned the pipe, even applied some glue to the metal sleeve tightened the jubilee clip to within an inch of its life 50 miles later on the M25.. POOF Of it came again!! Got it home but a struggle uphills. Main dealer advises replacing the pipe and sleeve at a cost of £130ish. Needless to say I’m reluctant to fork out that if it’s still going to happen? Has anybody with this VW 2.0 DI D engine suffered similar and won? Any advise greatly appreciated.

I am just wondering, can it by crankcase gases causing over pressure in that pipe? Check the oil level, if it is too much, replace oil.
The oil/diesel vapor/droplets used to come with crankcase gases and may unnecessary lubricate that pipe, that's why it comes off.
Recently, I've installed crankcase gases/oil separator can on my 2.2DiD.

Thanks so much for the advice! I did notice when I removed the oil filler cap whilst the engine was running a lot of pressure was noticed.but not sure if that’s normal with a diesel? Someone also inquired wether there was a blow off valve fitted and may be stuck?

The over-pressure is normal for diesel engines, however, it may spit more oil/diesel into the air intake/turbo if A) the oil level or B) diesel fraction in oil is too high.
See my oil can.

That looks a good fix! Solved my problem as returning to dealer. Thanks again for advice.
