Default TYRES, increasing profile

Hi all,
My Outlander has 225-55-18 tyres and I am thinking to raise the profile to 60 or even 65 to hopefully give me a better ride on the rough roads here in Greece.

Has anyone done similar, and does anyone know if this will foul any part of the chassis?

cheers.....

One thing you must consider is that this will change the accuracy of your speedometer and odometer.
